An elegant, fresh and pale wine.

Grapes: 50% Red Grenache, 50% Mourvèdre

Robe: Beautiful pale dress with litchi shades

Aroma: Very delicate with a touch of citrus, white and exotic fruits

Taste: Elegant, fruity, character

Alcohol: 12.5%

Bottle size: 75CL

Serve Le Mazelet Rosé 2017 chilled as an apéritif or as a delicious accompaniment to shellfish, grilled red mullet, white meat, salads and barbeques. Perfect for Mediterranean cuisine. It is a gourmet rosé, full of character and surprise. Serve at 8°C-10°C.

 

Le Mazelet Rouge 2016 IGP Cévennes

A ruby-red wine with great balance and fruitiness

Grapes:  50 % Red Grenache, 30% Syrah, 20% Mouvèdre

Fermentation: Native yeasts

Arome: Spices and blueberry

Taste: Fruity and round

Alcohol: 12.5%

Bottle size: 75CL

Le Mazelet Rouge is the perfect accompaniment to all Mediterranean cuisine and for chicken, duck, pork and cheese. Serve at 17°C-18°C. Or drink it a bit chilled at hot summer days with your BBQ!

 

 

Le Mazelet Cuvée CS 2014 IGP Cévennes

A deep purple wine with body and richness

Grapes: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% wooded Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah

Fermentation: Native yeasts

Aroma: Blackcurrant, liquorice, vanilla

Taste: Full-bodied, fruity, rich flavours

Alcohol: 13.5%

Bottle size: 75CL

Le Mazelet Cuvée CS 2014 is the perfect partner for red meats and blue cheese. Serve at 17°C-18°C.

 

100% Syrah 2016 IGP Cévennes


The wine
A typical ‘Rhone-style’ Syrah with body, richness and tanins.

Grapes: 100% Syrah, aged 12 months on wooden barrels

Fermentation: native yeasts

Aroma: Black current, blackberry, pepper, liquorice, touch of violets

Taste: Strong and spicy, with intense tannins

When to drink?
This beautiful full-bodied syrah will age for the coming two years. But already delicious after you airated the wine and eat it with a juicy steak, tender lamb, an aged cheddar or gouda. Serve at 17-18°C.
